What I do best…
In 2009, I began my private practice because I saw a real need for evidence-based, diabetes education on a larger scale. My approach is not only about delivering best practice, but providing personalised, holistic care in a safe and ethical framework. Every person living with diabetes is completely unique and I’m here to help you make sense of complex information, while developing individual strategies that align with your body, your condition and the life you want to lead.
Aside from one-on-one care, I use my platform as President of ADEA (Australian Diabetes Education Association) to continue advocating for all people living with diabetes as well as serving in a medical advisory role for MESAC (Medical Education and Scientific Council). I’m also heavily involved with mentoring other CDEs (Credentialled Diabetes Educators) to reach their goals and provide a service that’s incredibly needed in the diabetes community.
It’s a privilege to do this kind of work and I honour the real stories and experiences I’m entrusted with. You deserve the gift of long-term health and I’m dedicated to making a difference so you can continue living life on your terms.
